Designed by Tribiq, the site uses Tribiq CMS for site content management. The site contains well over 10,000 pages of content, 8 levels of menu navigation, and over 100,000 manageable locations.
There are advanced techniques for search engine optimization (SEO), and convenient tools such as "recently viewed pages" and a personalized shortlist-builder.
The site makes extensive use of mapping, including some customized Google maps.
Visitors can use map-based views to find hotels, and some pages of the site can render polygons and other features to help visitors navigate.
Tribiq has recreated the Open Roads logo, to be used for online and printed media.
