what we did

Owned by Marathon Oil Company, Noble Energy, Inc. & SONAGAS, the National Gas Company of Equatorial Guinea, the Atlantic Methanol Production Company (AMPCO) operates one of the largest & lowest cost methanol plants in the world.

Located in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa, AMPCO has been producing chemical grade methanol from the natural gas produced off Bioko Island since 2001.

The company has some 3% of the global methanol market and has over 450 employees worldwide. It has 3 vessels, and terminals in Europe and the US where most of our production is sold.

AVLS for Multiple Language Support

The AMPCO website makes us of the Tribiq CMS AVLS software (Advanced Visitor Language Support). This enables efficient management of web pages, which need to be delivered in both English and Spanish.

Tribiq designed and built the website, and provides ongoing assistance with running the site in both languages.
